Rooibos
is grown in the Cedarberg region of South Africa.
It is traditionally drunk as a tea, and has recently been found to have the following healing properties:
Anti-allergic
Anti-spasmodic
Boosts the Immune system
Contains Iron, potassium and copper - for good metabollic function
Contains Calcium, Manganese, Zinc and Alpha hydroxy acid - for healthy skin and bones.

Camomile
has been used for centuries as a calming herbal tea,
